The thing that I miss most about Waterloo is the different sensations of the five senses when observing the changing seasons, as well as the beauty of its biodiversity. Fall is colourful, winter is white and chilly, spring is smelled flowery, and summer sounds unique. Mr goose, Mr duck, and little squirrel are ubiquitous. I was lucky that I ever spot deer, red fox, hare, and skunk (close the nose) nearby my place. My son saw a beaver near the river in the park. Dandelion, magnolia, tulip, violet, and many more flowers. Red maple trees and willow trees, unfortunately, I could not name the other. These remind me of my old dream to be a botanist.
